REHABILITATION PROGRAMMES

Headway Thames Valley provides slowstream rehabilitation and support to people with brain injury throughout the Thames Valley via a personalised rehabilitation programme.

Our rehabilitation centre at Townlands Hospital offers a structured programme of Rehabilitation, individual therapy, Assessments of occupational and physiotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation and complementary therapies.

Other therapies that can be provided include art and craft and music therapy, computer and internet training, cookery, swimming, exercise and gardening. We also support people in redeployment or other purposeful activities or place of education after their injury.
